Ridgeview's mission is to Exalt the Savior, Edify and Equip the Saints, and to Evangelize the Lost.  Ridgeview Baptist Church is located in Church Hill, Tennessee. It began as a mission of Oak Grove Baptist Church,and was officially born (constituted) on January 23, 1994, with 136 charter members. In the summer of 1997 we began construction of our new sanctuary and education building. The new sanctuary was opened for service in February 1999. The Lord has been gracious and blessed Ridgeview many times over. On April 14, 2002 we broke ground on our new activities building, the ROC (Ridgeview Outreach Center). September 7, 2003 we celebrated the official opening of the ROC. Since then, the ROC has hosted many youth activities  receptions, banquets, and other God-honoring activites. 

Our motto is "speaking the truth in love" (Eph. 4:15). 
 

	Ridgeview is very blessed to have Jon Rogers as its pastor. Pastor Jon graduated from Carson Newman College with a major in Religion. He received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Jon has over 19 years of pastoral experience. He comes to Ridgeview along with his wife Jennifer and their two sons Jared and Jacob from First Baptist Church of Stanleyville, near Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he served as Senior Pastor for the last several years. 	Ridgeview's youth pastor is none other than Brian Hensley. Brian graduated from Campbellsville University in Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education in 2000. In 2001, he married his best friend from college, Amanda. He has served in youth ministry since 1997, and has been at Ridgeview since May of 2003. Email Brian:  youth@ridgeviewbaptist.org
