Ridgeview is very blessed to have Jon Rogers as its pastor. Pastor Jon graduated from Carson Newman College with a major in Religion. He received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Jon has over 19 years of pastoral experience. He comes to Ridgeview along with his wife Jennifer and their two sons Jared and Jacob from First Baptist Church of Stanleyville, near Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he served as Senior Pastor for the last several years.
Both Pastor Jon and Jennifer are natives of East Tennessee.
 
  
 
Ridgeview's youth pastor is none other than Brian Hensley. Brian graduated from Campbellsville University in Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education in 2000. In 2001, he married his best friend from college, Amanda. He has served in youth ministry since 1997, and has been at Ridgeview since May of 2003.
